Is there any plans to support Symfony flex (skeleton) installations in the future?

Hello !
I started a v2.0 version for Sf 4 and Flex with lighter dependencies (No dependency to Form, Serializer, Twig, Translator...) but it's very far from being testable and won't be out before a year or so.
It might be possible to make a v1.3 compatible with Sf 4 by removing dependency to symfony/symfony and tweaking a few things but I have no plan concerning this feature in a near future.
