Support labels & add tooltips wherever possible

Currently, for all properties, actions and events, the label name is not supported, however if a label is available, the said label should be shown first. An option should also be given to autogenerate labels based on python PEP names.

As a further user friendliness, tool tips needs to added to many elements

Possible steps

• add label support and make a setting where the label name can be autogenerated
• Tool tips
  • save and open in new tab in URL row
  • Last Reponse & Console Entries
  • Settings
  • Copy current Window and Undock current window
