Request for implementation notes on Wiki

I think it would be extremely helpful if the Wiki documentation also described what changes to the codebase were required to implement features. Given that this repo is older than the head of the official lc0 repository, and given that there have already been many commits here, it's hard to look at commits and tell what changes were added by you and what weren't, and when. If some notes could be put on the Wiki about this, it would be awesome.

There is a port planned to the new codebase, which will be properly forked. Can't give a timeframe yet, but its coming.
