Request: Add the "Background Blur" feature from Nvidia Broadcast to StreamFX

Explain the Feature/Enhancement

The background blur feature from nvidia broadcast allows you to blur the background while keeping your subject focused.

What makes this feature/enhancement useful for StreamFX and its users?

This is quite convenient as it removes the need to use Nvidia Broadcast and bring Broadcast into OBS as a video source. The current Broadcast software also only supports a few resolutions, which are most likely different from what users typically use, as they vary greatly. This is also beneficial as it would complement other Nvidia Broadcast features which already exist such as auto framing and virtual greenscreen.

• There is no other way to currently do this in StreamFX or OBS Studio.

Technically this is already possible entirely with StreamFX and OBS Studio, just not "user friendly".

Edit: Since I'm sure people will ask how:

1. Add the original video input.
2. Use Source Mirror to create two clones, we'll call them A and B for now.
3. Add Virtual Greenscreen to A, configure according to your needs.
4. Add Render Delay set to exactly 2 frames to B.
5. Add Dynamic Mask to B and point it at A, set it to create a negative mask (if A is visible, B is not).
6. Add a Shader to B that fills up the now empty area with the nearest surrounding color.
7. Add a Blur (Dual Filtering) to B
8. ???
9. Profit
