currently, if an Alchemist Bomb(of any kind) hits any secondary targets with its splash, it causes the bomb to lose its dmg scaling, reverting to 1*D[X]+modifiers instead of gaining extra dmg die every odd level

this makes bombs useless without using Targeted Bomb Admixture to remove splash
