Steam user reports, Xenotypes (from the M-DLC Biotech) may change pawn body sizes, but EBF apparently does not listen to this, so pawns with Xenotypes may have wrong max body part HP.

Specifically, this report was made when using Character Editor (https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1874644848) to prepare colonists.
