For whatever reason, when having the mod, Item Banning, installed, crates start lagging the entire world. It specifically happens when trying to use the scroll wheel. I remember having this issue once before on 1.19.2 (Unrelated to the Item Banning mod) and could never resolve it. Now I'm a few months into a completely different world and 2 days after updating my modpack and installing the new mod, the lag started. (I had the crate item limit at 2633 when the lag started and turned it down to 1640 in the config. I think the lag might be slightly better now but it still lags the whole world.) Whatever the case, when the Item Banning mod gets removed, the lag completely goes away.
