Mismatched mod channel list using Quark | AutoRegLib on server 1.16.4 paper spigot.

I am reporting a problem using the latest version of Quark-r2.4-276.jar and AutoRegLib-1.6-46.jar on Minecraft 1.16.4 Forge 35.1.1 (Lastest)
Trying to use quark to connect to a vanilla server | paper spigot. Only having problems with these 2 mods, any other mod works fine on the server.
