Re running the script usually solves the problem. Probably issues on the server site of NCBI or BOLD...

Did you ever identify the problem on this Vasco? I'm trying to get a load of Coleoptera sequences and running into the same issue, even after several reruns. When I remove Cerambycidae from the input file I get the same issue for a subsequent family of Coleoptera...

Edit: ah wait, having looked at your screenshots I wonder if this may be a distinct issue sorry.
