Non DMR in gaming mode problem and long wait to wake up

Please describe your issue in as much detail as possible:

I got 2 issues after updating the system to the 3.6.19 stable release. Non-DMR games in gaming mode, for example, Heroes of Might and Magic 3 Complete, don't show up the game when you launch it. The same happens with other non-DMR games. On the desktop, applications launch fine.

Long wake-up time from sleep mode after updating SteamOS.

Steps for reproducing this issue:

Non-DMR applications:

1. Add any Non-DMR applications;
2. Launch Gaming mode;
3. Launch added Non-DMR app;
4. It says it launched, but the app doesn't show up;
5. If you bring the steam menu and select the opened application "continue", it will show a long loading.

Long wake-up after sleep mode:

1. Put the steam deck on sleep mode or press on power button;
2. Press the power button after putting it to sleep mode;
3. Takes long loading to bring back.
