Mosaic plots - styling updates to y-axis value labels

When the y-axis variable in the RxC mosiac has lots of unique values, we get a scroll bar and some of the values do not appear on the visible plot area.

Please reduce the gap between the values so that all 8 (ie, the max number of values allowed for the y-axis) are visible on the plotted area and there is no need for the scroll bar

Even shrinking the gap to as small as it can be, there will still be a few cases (faceted mosaic plot with lots of x-axis labels, in particular) where the y-axis labels will still overflow and a scroll bar will appear. Are you fine with it in those particular cases? If not, one solution I could try is to shrink the label text size so they will all fit.

hey @chowington would you only shrink the text in cases where the labels overflow? if so, then yes
