Data truncation bars - revisit styling

Brought up in the data viz meeting on 06.01.22.

The yellow truncation bars are causing some issues still in visualizations (for example, the bar plot). @danicahelb as you think of others please add them to this issue!

Let's revisit how we're styling the truncation indicators.

We know adding a pattern to a plotly bar is very very difficult. @bobular suggested maybe an image would be easier?

We also discussed making the existing bars more obviously not-bars (especially important for histograms) by drawing alternating colours. We know there's no easy cross-hatching solution, but we can draw whatever shapes we like.
