Open Requests for Examples/Authenticators

Running list of requests for examples. I don't personally have any experience with these APIs so PRs/comments are appreciated.

• Google Contacts API (Example for using google contacts api #185)
• Salesforce Bulk API (Would be great to have an implementation that uses the Salesforce bulk api #172)
• Sending Email Gmail (with attachments) (Sending email via GMail #246)
• Windows Auth / Sharepoint Auth (Windows Auth in Excel VBA for Sharepoint Online (List) #314)
• Open-ID (Open-ID authentication from VBA-WEB #254)

I want to pass WebClient to various functions in order to re-use credentials. (or should I pass WebRequest instead..?)

Do you have an example / docs on how to create an Authenticator for WebClient?
I don't see Authenticator in the code - I only see IWebAuthenticator (and I don't know how to implement this)
