Add default sorting to API admin UI

Please could default sorts be applied to the tables as follows? Thanks!

SIDs

1. Could the title of the tab be changed to 'SIDs' (with capitalisation) please?
2. Default sort by Airfield ICAO (at the moment, new SIDs for EGBB would appear at the end of the list, for example)

Stands

Default sort by Airfield ICAO (same as above)

Controller Positions

Default sort by Callsign (again, the last positions to be added are currently on the last page)

Intention Codes

Default sort by Priority - currently priorities 60 and 65 are on the last page as they were added most recently

Squawk ranges

Default sort by first squawk in range - on the CCAMS tab, for example, 1250-1257 is on the last page as I added it most recently
