For admin alerts, this could be simple as configuring a slack channel's email address and using that in the config.

Alerting the correct target of userNotification is a bit more tricky. In the spirit of OSS Novu could provide this service, https://docs.novu.co/channels/chat/slack, alas the default configuration would require every user to subscribe to a new webhook. Development could be done at the repo level or a related slack application.
