More detailed workplace flows and school flows

Working on these tasks:

• Finding an updated list of types of interaction per transmission risks (work, retail, schools, home, commuting, other...);
• Creating synthetic workplaces on a finer scale and matching with the population;
• Assigning teachers to schools in addition to students to potentially increase their danger scores (what about parents for primary schools?);
• Finding data (if exists at all) to calibrate the danger of each type of interaction individually.
