Scope of Work
The package should handle the following:

Sending rover and arm commands to the embedded system.
Receiving encoder data from the embedded system for both the arm and rover.

Requirements
When developing the package, please ensure:

Proper software structure is followed.
Comprehensive documentation is provided.
Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles are properly applied.
If you have any questions or need further clarification, please let me know.

Hello, I'm more than happy to help you out! I've already setup on my local machine and will also fork it later. Should be done within an hour. I can also create a test file as well.

I really appreciate your enthusiasm and willingness to help out. However, I didn't realize the "help wanted" tag would attract external contributors. For this specific issue, I'd like my team to handle it internally. Thank you for understanding.
