What is an MVP or Minimum Viable Product?
This is the website version with the essential requirements and features the client seeks. Creating this version helps us receive feedback quickly from the client.
What is an MLP or Minimum Lovable Product? (not the horse cartoon)
This is the version of the website that its users will love from the start. By this definition, the minimum requirement is for the client to adore the product rather than tolerate it.
What is a Stretch?
Stretch features would be nice, but are not essential for the client to accept the web application. We would like for you to work on Stretch tickets, which will be done when the more important MVP and MLP tickets are complete.
