Use GitHub LFS for large file?

The Photons_1000000_filtered.csv file received from Keith is too large (~500MB) to commit directly to GitHub. It may possibly be necessary in the future to find a way of storing it, but it's not a blocker to any current work as I am able to save and store input CSV files that are necessary for e.g. performance scaling tests that were created from this initial larger file.
