advanced option EAC3 instead of AC3

Would there be a possibility to use the plugin to transcode audio streams to EAC3 rather than AC3 ?
could even think about allowing all FFmpeg parameters to be set manually ?

I would like to request some additional options:

1. Allow Pass through of EAC3 Codecs
2. Allow passthrough of AC3 Codecs
3. Allow choice of default codec to transcode to (AC£ or EAC3) if audio stream is not already one of the allowed passthrough codecs.
4. Allow choice of language tracks to keep (i.e English, Hungarian, Spanish, etc)

Right now, in its current state, I cannot use this plugin as it will convert EAC3 tracks to AC3 removing all spatial audio metadata in the process.
