Clone Button behavior is unpredictable, unable to hide clone button #190

Here is a reproducible example of this behavior: Edit tender-banach-y0evw

Note that hideClone is enabled but the button shows up, and regardless of this property, the clone button randomly appears and disappears when using the next/prev navigation buttons
