Bug: Loading animation after trying to delete linked email destination

Describe the bug
When trying to delete an email destination that is linked to a notification profile I get an error, which is as expected. But even after closing the error the loading circle on the delete button is still visible indicating that something is happening.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Create an email destination and a notification profile.
2. Link these together.
3. Go to destinations and try to delete the linked email destination.
4. See error and close error.
5. See that it's still indicating that it is loading.

Expected behavior
I expect for the loading animation to disappear either when the error appears of after closing the error.
