Damn it, Tear

To expand: This would count Ultros-based stats. Messages, connections, messages, commands, and so on. This isn't related to #35.

Some possible stats:

  • Messages
    • Received (Overall and per-protocol)
    • Sent (Overall and per-protocol)
  • Commands
    • No permission (Overall, per-plugin and per-protocol)
    • Run (Overall, per-plugin and per-protocol)
    • Unknown (Overall, per-plugin and per-protocol)
  • Protocols
    • Connections made
    • Connection failures
  • Tracking
    • Most channels joined at once (Overall and per-protocol)
    • Most users tracked at once (Overall and per-protocol)
    • Most protocols connected at once
    • Most plugins loaded at once
    • Most packages installed at once
  • Events
    • Thrown (Overall, per-plugin and per-protocol)
    • Handled
    • Ignored
  • Errors
    • Exceptions
    • Broken plugins/protocols
