mic playback: quality too low to use it

Hello, I would like to use the mic pass-through feature but the quality obtained is very bad, has crackles, speed voice problem, low quality.

I tried my mic with other app and the quality is good, so it is not an OS issue or mic quality issue.

Steps to reproduce

1. Open the ultrastardx.exe
2. Go to setting, audio, enable mic playback
3. launch a song: mic playback voice is not sync, bad quality and with crackles

Which other application did you try?
Chat applications like Discord, Microsoft Teams, etc. apply heavy noise reduction filters.

I tested my mic with Reco https://flathub.org/fr/apps/com.github.ryonakano.reco
and with Dolphin-emu playing "Glee karaoke"
I obtained a good quality with my mic and this applications, no crackles.
