Is your feature request related to a problem?

Not a problem per say, more irritation.

Describe the solution you'd like

I really do not like that super slow speed limited scrolling in anything cura 5+ introduced, and have been using cura 4.12.1 for half a decade now. And it still hasn't been altered.

So i wish to request a toggle in the settings where we can choose what type of scrolling we desire to use when browsing the slicer settings.

Describe alternatives you've considered

Keep using 4.12.1 until the annoyance has been dealt with/use a different slicer.

Affected users and/or printers

Us who prefers to scroll the slicer setting menu without smooth scrolling nor speed limited scrolling.

There were two major changes in 5.0. One was the introduction of variable line width. The other was a move from QT controls 5.0 to QT 6.0. I seem to recall that it was required to keep Cura compatible with changes in the MAC systems. I have no idea if the scroll speed was affected in that but it was a huge change.
Have you tried loading the "Sidebar GUI" plugin from the Cura MarketPlace? It is a different layout and it may change what you are experiencing. I have noticed the "slow scrolling" in a couple of dialog boxes so maybe it is adjustable somewhere.
