Description

I, as a user (rider or admin),
can log in using Chapman's federated login
so that only Chapman users can use CSAFE.

Acceptance Criteria

User logs in successfully through federated login

Tasks

The federated login is similar to how you would log into Engage.
Contact Phillip Lyle at IS&T for integration
Refer to omniauth-azure-activedirectory
