Thanks for your question.... I'll be honest that I can't remember the circumstances under which I created this repo. I recommend, however, that you reach out to [email protected] and ask them. I'm reasonably sure that someone at UW is using SciPy on HTCondor resources, and they would know the details of ho they accomplished that.
