Would allow us to create a test version of Jamf Pro when there are new releases.
Currently, all of our test packages and configs are on the same production Jamf Pro server.
Test Hyper-V server will be created to host Jamf Pro test instance.

currently on pause awaiting quotes from EMS for on-prem/Azure pricing.
