iOS - After Searching in Any Language Tap Locations Move Above the Buttons or Links

I started looking at an old OPA JIRA ticket from a few years ago about VoiceOver and non-English language searches.

While looking into this issue, I noticed that after searching and then attempting to tap on the different buttons or links, I had to tap above the item for them to work. The language of the page did not seem to matter.

I'm wondering if this is an issue for anyone else since I'm not sure if it's because of our older iPhone 7 running iOS 13.3.1.

It seems to work fine on our old iPad Air 2 on iOS 13.3.1.

So it might be the size of the device screen that matters.
