iOS - About Comply Chain App - Why Does VoiceOver Focus at Top of Screen after Opening Link

While testing the links on the "About Comply Chain App" screen with VoiceOver, the focus went to the top of the screen after opening a link. Which means the user has to work themselves back to the place they were on the screen to continue reading.

I need to explain the issue better than I stated the first time because we still have an issue.

While testing the links on the "About Comply Chain App" screen with VoiceOver, the focus went to the top of the screen after opening a link and then closing the link with the "Done" button. Which means the VoiceOver user has to work themselves back to the place they were on the screen to continue reading from where they were.

ZTI, is there code to prevent this from happening? If so, can we implement this so voiceover starts right after the link -- which has been clicked?

As previously mentioned, it seems to be either a VoiceOver or iOS focus management issue that should stay open until Apple fixes it one way of the other.

Not sure why after opening with VoiceOver a link and then closing the link on the "About Comply Chain App" screen, the focus goes to the top of the screen and not back to the link it was on, but we can't get VoiceOver to go to the top of the screen when going to a new page from somewhere else in the application.
