The documentation indicates that "Sequences that fall within 2% identity of the reference are called as that segment number."
Where can one find a list of reference assemblies for each genotype?
I'm seeing many fastas in the GenoFLU/dependencies/fastas directory, though these don't seem to include all segments.
For example, knowing the reference assembly (all segments) to use for D1.1 or D1.2 would be very helpful.

There is an Excel file in the dependencies folder that should provide what is needed, “dependencies/genotype_key.xlsx”.
