Do ARL forms need to be ADA compliant? #12

ARL uses PDF forms because they are the Army standard. However, I don't know if they comply with the Americans with Disabilities Act. Is it possible to create PDF forms that comply with the act?

Don't tell me they need a OBM number and impact statement too!

Hope not! That said, we do have one person that is visually impaired at work, so being considerate of his needs would be a good idea. I'm going to ask him to help out with this issue as he'll know what he needs best.
