Next UN Smart Maps Meetup Quarterly - possibly in Seoul as a hybrid meeting, or before Seoul?

As we finished #214, we need to think about the next quarterly.

Because 2023-08-09 + 3 months = 2023-11-09, we will be doing this in November.

We may want to have the meetup in Seoul as a part of UN Open GIS Workshop, but

• It would be a little late because FOSS4G Asia will be held in the end of November.
• It would be difficult to prepare a hybrid (online + face-to-face) meetup.

Do you have any idea about the next Quarterly meetup?

We can revisit this issue once we see some more progress regarding the pilot project.
