Absence of reports in the reports section

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to reports
  2. See error

Expected behavior
Reports with client name, date of consultation, price of consultation and campaign

@Gaskevych the reports is showing no data in case there were no consultations for the specific acccount or there were no consultation in the selected time frame.

@Gaskevych could you please clarify what is with the second part of the issue ? "proof of provider consultation"
