ANC visits

GIVEN that the DHO would like to track the mapped girls attendance of Appointments/ANC visits THEN he should be able to find an Appointments provision in the side navigation bar of the web dashboard and once he clicks on it, he should be able to see detailed information of missed, expected and attended appointments/visits of all the mapped girls.

Acceptance criteria

• The DHO should be able to filter through the information in the table based on a particular date they enter.
• The DHO should be able to view the different cards + Missed Appointments, + Expected Appointments and +Attended Visits and when clicked on will display new pages with the relevant information.

DoD

• The DHO should be able to view the girl's ANC details.

• Filter through by trimester under ANC visits.

• Create a drop-down for the list of ANC visits that have been attended by each mapped girl.
• One should be able to filter by name.
• There is a need to put some space between the VHT and the trimester.
• Change CHEW to VHT.
