Cannot download important files needed from google drive #36

I am trying to follow the instructions in the readme, which say to download files from this google drive. https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/1XJRzu6WLNre8euyKdlRqHElFOu0mZO_t

However this Google Drive is read-only and prohibits downloading
