[SPIKE] Assert compliance with standards

What is the feature or enhancement you are suggesting?
SEGAS is looking for ways that projects can assert their compliance with current standards. To support this we should use the existring JSON export to assert compliance for this repository.

What would be the benefit of doing this?
Proof of concept for asserting compliance that other projects can follow.

With #315 on its way to completion, can we have a chat on this to maybe either merge these, or expand the scope of this one? I'm on A/L this week, but if you can book in a slot from 3rd March onwards, we can thrash this out :)
