Signup process

Option 1 (from Unknowndomain)

• A user goes to the site and registers and activates, they can do profile things like their name,password and can make a new space which is a draft or unapproved space.
• That can be approved by HSF member organisations some how manually
• Then once they're an active space, that user can invite new users by entering their email
• Which sends out an invite which gets auto approved and attached to their space

OR

• Someone can sign up them selves and apply to administer a space, which the space can then approve
