label for creator biographical/historical note in lower case and does not match Archon label

This line should be modified:

At the very least, "biographical statement" should be in upper case. Ideally it would match what is in Archon. For ALA, when this displays it is labeled "Biographical Note" on the control card if it is a person and "Administrative History" if it is a corporate body. Or for the creator record page it is labeled "Historical Note" (which may or may not work just fine, depending on how this note will be displayed in ArcLight).
