Recommendation: (optional)

Generating statistics occurs monthly and the plan is for more staff to be able to work on it, so it should be documented and automated further. I recommend that a new article be written on Confluence to pull together existing knowledge about the end-to-end process for generating statistics, publishing them, and analyzing them. The process of generating statistics is already well-documented in the clusterstats repository, so the article should reference that.
