The feedback from milestone 1 we want to incorporate into improvements:

  • updated the readme to be more easy to follow - improving our reproducibility score @farrandi
  • update the environment to include verr @farrandi

Move the folder structure to the suggestion in pull request - do we also want to perhaps move the files like COC, team_contract,etc. into another folder leaving only data, notebooks, src, test, compose, DockerFile, all other files into another folder called additional (or something similar) @salva-u
Add to an issues for standards to follow for scripts , where we can mention things we kept in mind while building our script file , that we all should follow for consistency
Do we need to add sampled_data into the data/raw directory or can we just use the train_data and test_data as our main ouputs from Script 1:eng_score_get_data.py
Decide if we will render to html or pdf now, if html add the nojekyll file as well.
Link the github to always render the latest html
Add in the environment installations for docker the jupyter notebook package mentioned
Adding the bib file
Should we consider outputting some dataframes and rendering them in the notebook, like the example tiff gave in lectures ( if yes which ones for eda, modelling sections should be exported
