disconneted controller now wont work even after compleate reinstall of 360

i downloaded it it worked but was constantly rumbling wanted to make it stop tried to close program normaly didnt work so unpluged controller then task manager ended 360 then pluged my controller back in and then tried to turn on 360 again and no response at all even deleting the whole thing and redoing it and still nothing please help
