[TT-5070]Wrong HTTP status code when panic happens inside Go plugin

Describe the bug
If an endpoint is called and it uses a Go plugin and the plugin happens to panic, Tyk will catch the panic but instead of return an 5XX HTTP error code it will return a 200.
