godoc workflow: ignore generated files

I don't want the autogenerated files (mocks mostly) showing up in the godoc differences, we need to ignore mock folders to skip that output; also, update to using ci-tools, consider schema gen or more flat diff so the symbols are more clear in output than actual go doc
