Describe the bug:

On the homepage, there is a search bar that contains a search icon. When hovering over the icon, the cursor does not change to a pointer. Additionally, when clicking on the icon, there is no visual feedback (e.g., change in background) to indicate that the icon was clicked.

To Reproduce:

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Go to the project page in the repository.
Scroll down to the section where the search bar is located.
Observe the behavior when attempting to click the search icon.

Expected behavior:
When hovering over the search icon, the cursor should change to a pointer for better UI interaction.
There should be a visual indicator to show that the search icon has been clicked.
