Using special characters on .txt filenames causes the game to CTD.

I'm currently translating the filenames of each book into Spanish, which sometimes requires the use of diacritics (á,é,í,ó,ú,ü) or ñ such as: "La Campaña.txt"(The Campaign.txt) or "Cómo ser Fuerte" (How to be Strong.txt). But atm it isn't feasible due to the game crashing during the Loading Items screen.
