I got an error when my screen disconnected from nowhere from my displayport.

It continued but the stage could not load, I lost everything!

You most likely have NOT lost everything

If you closed the window without saving then check File > Restore points

There wan't a restore point when I was on that screen and bugged version FOR OVER A MINUTE AND I HAD RESTORE POINT FRECUENCY AT 1 MINUTE!
