The new service commands start and online - as well as visualdiffs all get kicked off in parallel when a Preview comes online for the first time. This may be important information for developers to know, as things like warming caches that are stored in volatile memory, which are executed as start commands, will happen in parallel to generating visualdiffs.

Add something around when these processes start to the docs.
