/ghost/ is not available, 404

Issue Summary

After a fresh install, it's not possible to access the admin panel on http://localhost:8080/ghost, returning:
Error 404
Page not found,
[return home]
to start over

To Reproduce

1. clone the repo
2. yarn / yarn start
3. try to access http://localhost:8080/ghost

Technical details:

• Ghost Version: 2.11.0
• Eleventy Version: 0.11.0
• Node Version: v12.22.9
• OS: Pop_OS

@tifaucz Ghost doesn’t come as part of this starter, you need to install it separately.
