Hi

The strings (main text + wait and retry buttons) used in the PageLoadPrompt should be customisable from the config.xml file.

It would allow to translate the prompt in a cleaner and easier way than modifying the Java and Objective C source files.

I don't think I am good enough at Java and Objective C to make a PR for this ...
